COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Steps to Follows:

  1. Discuss concerns with Classroom Teacher
  2. Discuss concerns with Associate/Deputy Principals of the particular sector (Junior/Middle/Senior)
  3. Discuss concerns with the Principal
  4. Discuss concerns with the Board Chair

If you are not comfortable following these steps for any reason, you may go to any person listed above.

NB: At any stage, you may put your concerns in writing.
