WEB PAGE GOES LIVE!!!!!! New Phone Systems in Place !!!!
We are delighted and excited to join in and celebrate the launch of our new website. This brings to fruition a long and dearly held dream of our learning community! This portal will achieve many things, including being an easy-to-update information conduit, a community networking tool and a showcase for student work and achievement. It will, in the very near future, save trees, speed up communications for community members and eventually become a launch pad for electronic learning.
Our new phone system was recently installed. A VOIP (voice over internet provider) system will also improve the community’s ability to contact the school, leave messages for individual teachers (which go straight to their email inbox) and allows office staff to contact individual classrooms.
Special thanks and acknowledgement for these must go to our committed ICT team, especially to Shawn Creamer and Innes Jephson ……………. Of course none of this would have been possible without the encouragement, future-thinking and support from our members on the Board of Trustees.
We will of course welcome your feedback as you navigate around our site. Hiccups are to be expected- no new venture is without risk and as we say to our learners, nothing is learned unless you take a risk!
