* Issue 4 is due back to school by FRIDAY 18th JUNE. NO late orders will be accepted.
* IT IS NOT COMPULSORY TO BUY
* PLEASE make sure that the order form is named correctly and include class number ( some forms come back with no name! )
* Cheques need to be made out to SCHOLASTIC NZ. If not, they will be returned. ( Please write your child’s name and room number on the back of the cheque )
* If paying by credit card, please ensure amount for the order is written on credit card form.
* Please DO NOT staple envelopes or order forms.
* TO HELP ENSURE YOU RECEIVE THE CORRECT BOOKS, WE STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO KEEP THE ORDER BOOKLET AS A RECORD OF WHAT YOU HAVE ORDERED. SHOULD YOU ENCOUNTER ANY PROBLEMS, PLEASE SPEAK TO YOUR CLASSROOM TEACHER
