FIFA World Cup Trophy Tour 2010
On Tuesday the 27th of April, Thomas and Yunes from Rm 6 and I went to the FIFA World Cup Trophy Tour 2010. It was held at the Sky City.
We were able to see the real World Cup trophy and took photos with it. The trophy stands 36cm tall and is made of 18 carat gold. It is worth over 20million dollars and it weighs 6kg. We also got autographs from All Whites soccer players, Ivan Vicelich and David Mulligan, and we also got a free bottle of Coca-Cola.
I think we were very lucky to see the FIFA World Cup trophy because it has a very high value and it is a rare chance to have a look from very close. I will never forget this special day.
FIFA Soccer World Cup will be held at South Africa from 10th of June. Let’s all cheer for team New Zealand, All Whites!
