Clean Healthy Teeth Make a Happy Smile
This great resource is up and running and has a fantastic range of learning activities across a range of curriculum areas. This site is used by teachers in their classroom programmes and can be accessed by students at home also.
Epsom Normal Primary School is participating in the Auckland Transport’s Chaos at the School Gate programme. It involves placing parking officers on patrol outside schools to observe non-compliant behaviours and issue tickets to those illegally parked.
The Chaos at the School Gate programme has been very successful and is helping to reduce the danger to children as well as improve traffic flow around schools.

Dear Parents
Save the Children Fair has taken place for many years at ENPS. The purpose of the fair is to raise funds for children who are in need, both here and overseas. This year we plan to continue our support for our students overseas as well as families in New Zealand. In recent years we have supported Child Cancer, Habitat for Humanity and Westpac Helicopter.
On Tuesday 14 December the famous fair will take place in the School Hall. It is a very festive day with raffles, music, lucky dips, cakes, floral art and vegetable design competitions and of course lots of shopping. There will also be some fun outdoor activities—- Busking, games, hair braiding, face painting. Don’t forget the amazing sausage sizzle for lunch. Children will be able to order through their classroom. An order form will go home shortly.
To make the fair a success, we depend on your support. We require lots of goods in excellent condition. Here is a list of what we would really appreciate.
• children’s books
• toys
• puzzles and games
• pre-loved sports gear
• jewellery and accessories
• items suitable for a raffle – unwanted gifts etc
• bric a brac – ornaments, bits and pieces children would like
Please remember we request quality goods.
On the day of the fair, we would appreciate sweets, cakes, muffins, biscuits, fudge, fresh fruit and vegetables.
If there are any parents with some great ideas for fundraising, please contact us. Also parents who are available to assist sorting the donations, we would appreciate your support (refer email address below).
Many thanks
Regards
